HomeAPPLICATIONS

Made for the demands
of your assembly process.

Processes are evaluated around material, geometry and quality targets. Configuration and part trials determine suitability.

These are application directions and engineering considerations. Images illustrate equipment and do not represent delivered customer projects.

01

Bearings, bushings & chassis assembly

Evaluate contact onset, insertion-force limits, final seating position and peak force. Multi-position subframe, control-arm or wheel-end assembly also requires defined force directions, location and support at each station, separating fixture deflection from part insertion.

Provide bore/shaft dimensions and interference, materials, lubrication, insertion depth, end-face loading and cycle time.

02

Motor stator, rotor & bearing assembly

Design stator-to-housing, rotor-to-core and bearing assembly around coaxial location, part support and the pressing sequence. Curves reveal process variation; post-assembly rotation, electrical or dimensional checks remain subject to product requirements.

Provide assembly drawings, coaxiality requirements, magnetic-part locations, insertion depth, estimated force and downstream tests.

03

Connector press-fit & plastic heat staking

For solderless PCB press-fit connectors, assess pin geometry and count, board thickness, underside support, insertion depth and total force. Plastic heat staking requires coordinated temperature, tooling, dwell and cooling. Evaluate the equipment and fixtures for each process separately.

For connectors, provide per-pin/total force and inspection criteria. For heat staking, provide material grade, stake dimensions, appearance and pull-out strength criteria.

04

Multi-station & custom press assembly

Arrange loading, location, pressing, inspection and unloading stations around the process. Seals, thin-wall parts or edging operations require specific support and forming-mechanism validation; nominal press capacity alone cannot establish suitability. Define PLC/MES, barcode and traceability requirements in interface and acceptance specifications.

Provide the full process sequence, upstream/downstream interfaces, station cycle times, changeover method, OK/NG routing and data-retention requirements.
